It has come to the notice of SON Management overtime that you as our stakeholders are not leaving up to expectation as regards the management of the programme on behalf SON.
 
From now henceforth the SON Management will not accept inadequate description of products both in PCs and SCs. Detail description of products should be stated in the certificates. The following descriptions as examples will not be allowed;
-          Spare Parts
-          Plumbing Spare Parts
-          Machinery or Machineries
-          Accessories
-          Air Conditioners
-          Raw Materials
-          Eva Raw Materials
-          Taps
-          Valves
-          Industrial Filters
-          Filters
-          Plugs
 
All previous certificates issued with such description should be withdrawn amended and replaced with immediate effect. Any IAF issuing certificate(s) with such description will be sanctioned in line with conditions specified in the Contract Agreement.
 
Acknowledge receipt of mail and confirm understanding of the mail.
